Designer Toys
Designer toys first appeared in the 1990s. They come in many different shapes, styles, and materials. Some of the materials used when making a designer toy are wood, metal, and resign. Most of the creators that make designer toys have a background or history of graphic design, and illustrations. Designer toys is a term that is used to describe toys or any other collectible that is made and produced in limited edition.
A example of designer toys are the Qee series. This series was produced by Toys2R in Hong Kong.The standard size of for the Qee figures are 2" high. Other designer toys come may come out at 8" and 16" figures. Designer toys could have all the same body figure but the head would come out like a bear, a cat, a dog, a monkey, or even a rabbit.
